Kale Chips

  • 1 bunch kale

  • 1 tablespoon neutral oil (i.e. avocado oil)

  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

  • Seasonings of your choice (i.e., 

  • Garlic powder, Chili powder, etc.)

  1. Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. With a knife or kitchen shears carefully remove kale leaves from the thick stems; tear them into bite-sized pieces.

  3. Wash and thoroughly dry kale with a salad spinner or paper towels

  4. Drizzle kale leaves with your oil and toss to combine. Spread in an even layer on the baking sheet without overlapping and sprinkle with your salt and seasonings.

  5. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes until the edges start to brown but are not burnt.

  6. Enjoy!
