At Urban Tilth, we’re committed to making healthy, fresh produce accessible to everyone. Through our two Veggie Rx programs, we offer free weekly deliveries of locally, sustainably grown produce to eligible residents in Richmond and surrounding areas.

Our CalAIM program offers free produce to patients at LifeLong Medical Center with chronic health conditions. Our TCC program offers free produce to residents in Richmond's Iron Triangle, Coronado, and Santa Fe neighborhoods.

Generally for those with chronic conditions with extensive care coordination, such as diabetes, cancer, stroke, congestive heart failure, substance abuse, mental or behavioral health conditions, and other disabling health disorders. Also for those who have been recently hospitalized or are at high risk of hospitalization.
